I
chose to try the coaching series with Wendy because of my experience
of her outstanding effectiveness in coaching a six-month-long
leadership training program, and because we had a long-standing
relationship in which I witnessed major transitions in who she was
being in the areas of life that I really wanted to break through to
new levels of accomplishment - relationships, business development,
taking projects from ideas to fruition, and being able to manage it
all.
What
I noticed right away was the resurgence of old patterns of thought
and behavior that throughout my life, had stood in the way of
manifesting my hopes and dreams. Over and over again I
was aware of Wendy's skill in being able to be objective about what
I had or hadn't done, consistent with the vision that I had
expressed, and the steps that I said I would take to manifest what I
said I was going to accomplish on a week-by-week basis.
During our coaching series I increased my income from a
referral marketing business to a level four times greater than it
had been at the start of our series. I submitted the design and
description of an invention to an invention technology company; I
was able to distinguish what I was committed to, rather than hang
onto something because it had been a good idea.
Over
and over again, Wendy brought me back to my vision, and together we
completed the past to be able to move on to the future. She
empowered me to see where I was stuck in a "story" about something,
rather than in reporting the "what's so". Together, we transformed
breakdowns into opportunities, and I was inspired to go beyond where
I would have stopped.
We
now have an appointment to look at our next coaching series.
