Life
coaching - what a concept!
And
what an unforgettable experience. After developing a rapport with
Wendy Keilin, who is my massage therapist, I began to share my
concerns, hopes, frustrations, and dreams with her while on the
"table." Months passed by and then one day Wendy approached me with
this "life coaching" idea. "I am confident that I can help you," she
said, and I decided to take her up on it.
I am
still awed at how much ground we covered and how much I learned
about myself and my intentions.
One
of the many aspects of this process that I revelled in was the fact
that everything we addressed was produced by me. There were no
hidden agendas or forced philosophies. We tackled "my stuff and only
my stuff."
And
results! What an appropriate name for a company! I actually
established an all-year-around flower account with a prestigious
restaurant. I secured a huge industrial refrigerator and I have a
lead on a panel truck. These actions had seemed so overwhelming and
yet so necessary before the twelve weeks I worked with
Wendy.
I
not only feel less intimidated in general about starting my own
business now, but I have actually achieved some of the essential
goals that were required to expand the business.
In
short, being "life-coached" was a luxury I owed myself and my
family. I have developed the tools to tackle anything that I really
want, and I believe that I can do it! It has enhanced
my life considerably.
Sincerely,
Anne
